All you must do is submit a photo to the checkout page. Once we receive your order, we will reach out to you to go over the design. The attached photo does not have to be anywhere near the final look of what you want. Just enough so we have an idea of what you are asking for.

If you have multiple photos, simply checkout and obtain your order number. You can email designs@forgedconcepts.org with your order number in the subject line. Please include all photos and instructions you’d like on each badge. If you have not checked out, do NOT email this address unless your order is paid for.

WE NEVER CUT THE DESIGN UNTIL YOU APPROVE THE RENDER.

Please DO NOT order if you cannot wait the 12-14 week processing period. No exceptions  no excuses. This is very crucial you understand this due to high order volumes.

When you checkout; you will be issued a 4 digit order number. It takes approx 12-14 weeks to ARRIVE to that order number from the date of purchase due to very high order demand as the entire globe is anxious to get the high quality badges that you will only find here at Forged Concepts. We personally invented this style of customs and they were never made like this until we came along. We’re still a small growing company but we have lots of excited customers ordering every single day so we Approximate at this current time that it will take about 12-14 weeks to arrive to a custom order. The moment we arrive to the order, we will email you to begin the design phase. You will receive full color renders with sizes to approve for final production. Sizing will be shown in the render we send for your approval. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THE SIZING ON THE RENDER AND TO LET US KNOW THE PROPER SIZING OF EACH ITEM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We NEVER cut any order until you are happy with the render. The wait is DEFINITELY worth it, and we strongly urge you to not place any orders unless you are willing to wait the waiting period. We look forward to getting our customs in your hands!

 ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE POSSIBLE. PURCHASING THIS ITEM IS AGREEING TO ALL TERMS LISTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Also please understand that we do not ever give out the master art files to any order. We often times have customers asking that we send them the master vector files which is against our policy. We can only send the full color renderings but will not give out any art files. Often times other companies want that file to avoid having to draw the art out. We work very hard to draw each order and the other companies will also have to put in the work versus relying on us to do the work for them.

REFUND POLICY:

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ONCE YOU CHECKOUT, IT IS FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS! We are not a Bank where you can deposit and withdrawal funds as you please. We are a business that makes badges, not a financial center  that holds onto your money until you decide you need it. ONLY PURCHASE IF YOU ARE SERIOUS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE HONORED. IF there is an issue with an order, of course we will take care of it, but we will not honor any refunds outside of that. ZERO EXCEPTIONS!!! Cars getting wrecked and getting sold are no excuse to cancel an order. Sorry. No exceptions once you place this order.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE HONORED IN LIEU OF CHANGING TO A NON MOPAR DESIGN SINCE WE ARE DISCLOSING PRIOR TO YOU PURCHASING THAT WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT MAKE ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES MOPAR LICENSING. YOU WILL HAVE TO CHANGE THE DESIGN TO ANYTHING THAT IS NOT OWNED BY MOPAR BUT A REFUND CANNOT BE GIVEN AS PER OUR POSTED TERMS. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.*
