Includes one Red/Black 392 wheel insert as shown in photo, contains all you need for your steering wheel. It simply sticks to your wheel with included adhesive for your wheel. 

SIMPLY PEEL AND STICK

If you have a factory insert or an aftermarket insert already installed you will have to remove that first and then pop in our piece.
